Hannah Barnaby began her career in books with an MA in Children’s Literature from Simmons College and a job as an editorial assistant at Houghton Mifflin Company. She went on to earn an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College, and served as the first Children’s Writer-in-Residence at the Boston Public Library. Her first novel, WONDER SHOW, was a William C. Morris Award Finalist in 2013 and was also named to YALSA’s Best Fiction for Young Adults list. Hannah’s next YA, SOME OF THE PARTS publishes in 2016, and she will also have two picture books coming out in 2017. She lives in Charlottesville, VA with her family.
