Steph Green has been writing ever since she first learned to put words to paper. She attended a magnet high school for writing, majored in writing in college, and went on to get an MFA in the writing program at the University of Pittsburgh. Steph has been invited to read her work at many events, including the Prague International Writers Festival and the Sunken Garden Poetry Festival’s Night of Fresh Voices. She was awarded first place in the Leslie Sander Prize for Fiction. It wasn’t until recently, however, that she discovered a passion for writing for teens. Drawn by the immediacy, intensity, and pace of YA, Steph has completed her first YA novel, TELL EVERYONE WE’RE DEAD. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband.
